The code E81 is displayed when the control panel cannot connect to the pump unit. This can be caused by the RCD, the pump unit or the control panel. We would like to ask you to follow the step-by-step plan below to reconnect the control panel to the pump unit.
Step 1:
Take the control panel from the pump unit and hold it in your hand
Step 2:
Press and hold the on/off button for more than 5 seconds to turn off the control panel
Step 3:
Unplug the pump unit from the power outlet
Step 4:
Place the control panel, which is still off, back on the pump unit
Step 5:
Plug the pump unit back into the power outlet and activate the spa with the RESET (Rücksetzen) button and wait for 1 to 3 seconds
Pay attention! Do not press the TEST button, this will turn off the spa again
The control panel will then reconnect and display the temperature. Please note: the control panel is still off. To operate the control panel, you have to switch on the control panel.
Does the code E81 still appear on the control panel?

Does the code E81 no longer appear on the control panel?
This means that the control panel could not connect to the pump unit. This could be because the pump unit was switched off but the control panel is on or because the control panel was too far away from de pump unit.
If code E81 occurs again in the future, please go through the above steps again.
